I officiate across Tennessee and travel to western North Carolina, upstate South Carolina, Kentucky, and southern Ohio.
Every Tennessee county clerk issues the same license under the same state rules. For weddings outside Tennessee, ask me and I'll walk you through that state's process before you book.
Fees and office hours are set by each county and can change; this page was last checked in October 2026. A quick call to the clerk's office before you go is always smart, especially around holidays.
